The environment is always on our mind

In the Summer of 1997, we agreed with the Cantonal Environmental Protection Authority to carry out a redevelopment programme which aimed at improving the environment to protect air, water, soil and reduce noise emissions. The measures introduced were based on the existing environmental protection legislation.

Our co-operation with local, regional and cantonal authorities in implementing all measures we has agreed upon with them has always been exemplary. We employ considerable finances and time on such matters.

It is self-evident that we give the ISO 9001 certification (quality) and ISO 14001 (environment) more than mere lip-service. We make every effort to introduce environment-protecting processes throughout our works.

Processing of scrap also protects the environment. Our economic and efficient recycling operations cover all of Switzerland. We also make a valuable contribution by achieving a good and positive ecological balance.
